Chip talks to strangers. On purpose. And, with purpose. He’s interested in discovering new perspectives and avoiding bad habits. Chip struck out on his own business path in 2000, and he hasn’t looked back. Today, he empowers his team and his clients to enthusiastically pursue value-based technology. In other words, he wants to support them, to help them be successful, and to use systems and tools to achieve their purpose. An Indianapolis native, Chip is an avid runner and community advocate. He has been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters for a decade as a volunteer, and he enjoys working with nonprofit clients to maximize their resources for the greater good. He is continually challenging himself, and learning from others; one conversation at a time.

Cody works alongside visionary leaders, anticipating their needs and supporting their success. He’s a tireless advocate for clients.
